Dear Parents,

I can not believe that we are already at the end of week 3 of the Autumn Term, time does certainly fly when you are having fun! It has been a fantastic start to the new term and as ever, it has been lovely to see everyone return to school with such great enthusiasm. A warm welcome to those who have joined St. Brides. We hope you have you are enjoying being part of the St Brides family, I know I am! 

The ‘Curriculum News’ aims to give you all a flavour of what is happening across the school. It also contains important information to help you with your child’s weekly routine (homework, PE etc). At the start of the booklet you will find a list of significant dates for the term ahead. There are usually additions to this list, so keep an eye on the website, which will be updated weekly. Fortnightly newsletters will also keep you informed of any important dates.

On Friday 30^th September we have Big Merit worship in the school hall at 9.05a.m to which all are welcome. Big Merit is an opportunity for us to share, as a school family, the achievements of our pupils. It would be great to see you there and it will be an opportunity for those of you who are new to the school to find out more about life at St. Brides.
