Complaints Procedure
At St Brides major Primary School we aim to provide the very best education for your children. We also value our partnership with you as parents. As such, suggestions, ideas and comments are gratefully received at any time.
But if you are unhappy or concerned about
- Curriculum provision
- How your child is being dealt with
- The attitude/behaviour of our staff
- Any other school related business
Please do not hesitate to talk to your child’s class teacher in the first instance. If you are not happy with the outcome then you are welcome to make an appointment to meet the Headteacher.
Not able to discuss?
Fell that you are not taken seriously?
Still not satisfied?
You can make a formal complaint in confidence. This will not affect your relationship with the school or your child’s rapport with the teacher.
