Statutory Notice Issued
I am writing to advise that the Governing Body of St Brides CiW Primary School have agreed to publish a statutory notice to extend the age range of the school to 3-11 years and create a 48 place nursery class. A copy of the notice is attached below. Paper copies are available from the school office on request.

Nursery Consultation Period
The consultation period to extend the lower age range of the school to 3-11 years and create a Nursery on site has ended. I would like to thank all parents, staff, governors and children who attended the drop in sessions and took the time to complete the consultation response forms. Please find attached a 'Consultation Report' which summarises the views of those responses.

Please find attached information about the school re-organisation proposals being put forward by the Governing Body of St Brides Major Church in Wales Primary School. These documents represent your chance to ask questions and make comments that will be considered when the Governing Body decide how to proceed.
The attached documents explain the Governing Body proposals to:
Extend the age range of St Brides Major Church in Wales Primary School to 3 to 11 years
Create a nursery unit within the school.
The consultation process runs from Monday 2nd November 2015 until Friday 8th January 2016. Unfortunately responses received after the 8th January will not be considered by the Governing Body.
Completed ‘Consultation Response Forms’ (found on page 28 of the Consultation Document) need to be returned to ~

The school will be holding two drop in sessions. These are a good way to get answers to any questions you may have about the proposals. You will still be asked to complete a consultation response form and this can be handed in at the school office.
The drop in sessions are for anyone who would like to have further information about the proposals and will take place on:
Wednesday 4th November 2015 at 2:30pm and again at 6:30pm in the school hall, St Brides Major CW Primary School.
